หลักการตั้งคำถาม

ทุกท่านหลายๆ ครั้งอาจเคยผ่านเหตุการณ์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตั้งเเต่ในห้องเรียน จนถึงการประชุมในที่ทำงาน

ยังคงเป็นเรื่องอึดอัดใจหลายๆ คนเวลาตอนที่ผู้บรรยาย หรือผู้พูดได้จบด้วยการว่า

“มีใครมีคำถามอะไรไหม”

เราลองจินตนาการถึงห้องที่เงียบ ได้ยินเสียงนกร้องข้างนอกหน้าต่างเบาๆ พร้อมกันเสียงลมพัด

เเละบรรยากาศที่ ไม่มีใครถามอะไร อาจจะเพราะ ไม่กล้าถาม หรือไม่มีคำถามจริง

การที่เราฟัง มันเเทบจะเป็นไปไม่ได้ที่เราจะเข้าใจทั้งหมด จริงๆ เเล้วมันมีคำถาม

อยุ่เเล้วเเต่เราเพียงเเค่คิดไม่ทันว่าเราไม่เข้าใจตรงไหน จนกว่าจะได้ลองคิดตาม

เเล้วทีนี้ หลักการเเก้ปัญหาละ ถ้าเราอยากจะเป็นคนที่มีคนถาม

การถามคำถามไม่ได้เป็นการ สร้างความลำบากใจให้กับผู้ถาม กลับเป็นเรื่องดีด้วยซ้ำ เพราะผู้พูดก็อยากจะได้ feedback กับมาจากผู้ฟังนั้นเเหละ

เทคนิคการตั้งคำถามที่เหมาะสม จากหนังสือ Output

1. เราจะต้องตั้งคำถามระหว่างที่เรากำลังฟัง เพราะเราก็ไม่รู้ว่าผู้ถามจะถามเมื่อไหร่ เป็นสิ่งทีต้องฝึกฝน การตั้งคำถามระหว่างที่เรากำลังฟังยังช่วยให้สมองเราจดจ่อกับการฟังมากขึ้นอีกด้วย
2. ตั้งคำถามที่ทำให้อีกฝ่ายดีใจ คือการถามสิ่งที่ผู้พูดมีเเนวโน้มที่จะอยากพูด หรือส่วนที่พูดอาจจะยังไม่ละเอียดพอ การตั้งคำถามเเบบนี้จะทำให้อีกฝ่ายรู้สึกดีใจ
3. ตั้งคำถามที่ทำให้ผู้ที่รับฟังพร้อมเราดีใจ เวลาการฟังส่วนมากผู้ฟังที่นั่งฟัง เรียน หรือประชุมพร้อมกับเรานั้น ก็อยากรู้เรื่องที่เราถามเหมือนกัน พอเวลาเราถามไป คนที่เป็นผู้ร่วมการฟังกับเราก็จะรู้สึกขอบคุณ ที่เราถาม
4. ตั้งคำถามที่ช่วยให้การถกปัญหามีความเข้มขึ้น คำถามมีอยู่ง 2 ประเภทคือ คำถามนอกประเด็น กับคำถามที่ทำให้ปัญหามีความเข้มข้นขึ้น เราต้องพยายามตั้งคำถามให้ไปเเนวทางเดียวกับเนื้อหาที่พูด เพื่อที่จะได้ไม่ออกนอกประเด็น

จงคิดไว้เสมอเวลาเราฟัง ไม่ว่าจะเรียน สัมนา ประชุม ให้คิดว่าตัวเราเองเป็นนักข่าวหัวเห็ด

this my portfolio start 2019 now it still can generate cash flow even it very small,

I start with 500usd, take small profit take small step trading everyday not skip even single day to trade 

what I want is I can trade everyday no matter what profit look large or small, trade is like a game.

I addict to trading game small 0.01$ is sweet and I love it, what is this system they called grid trading

it has advantage and disadvantage also no holy grail in this world.

 

advantage

- easy setup no need to predict the market 

- everything has come to your plan (you need to plan and visualize what can happen to your strategy)

- it like a coin generator

 

disadvantage

- many people still care about draw down (you don't need to care about that, why? when you know your strategy max draw down you know it never go lower 90% why you need to care about it, you still can make money from you strategy, your portfolio never go wipe out with your calculate if you trading what in plan your trading)

- it give a low profit, yes maybe low vs very risky trading system that give huge profit but cannot give your life a freedom

- it easy to say not care about draw down you know, it still hard to feel you not in pain if you not trading this system long enough.

- the broker risk, we don't know the broker we trade is last long.

 

I promise I will trade this portfolio over 10 years.

 Since long time ago I don't understand why my idol (who I follow) , always told there is not important to predict the market, you can make money without predict the market, when you know volatility you can made huge money from it. He teach about

Yes I don't understand how I get advantage of knowing the price is going to go up or down like crazy.

Now what I understand is volatility is easier to predict than price and there is derivative option we can get advantage of it.

I will going to write what I understand about option trading here soon.

Money management is a key no matter what trading system you use you can always make profits with good money management.

New way

After long time I stop writing blog, its feel some guilty that I can't do it consistently, and now I will write about my difference way that I choose.

It been time I have played poker, and everytime I make a mistake that I must write It here, and think about that am really wrong or it right, but it hard to define what is right or wrong sometime action on poker, so after I write here what situation and what I have done I can review myself and why I do that yesterday.

The mostly tournament is free tournament I don't want loss too much money while I'm newbie.

เเต่พอมาตอนโตเวลากลับไหลผ่านอย่างรวดเร็ว

สิ่งเหล่านี้มันเกิดจากตัวเราเองที่ไปเร่งเวลาของเราเอง ทำอะไรก็กังวลเรื่องเวลาไปหมด
เดินให้เร็ว กินให้เร็ว ทำงานให้เร็ว เพื่อที่จะประหยัดเวลา เวลากลับยิ่งไหลไปเร็วกว่าเดิมก็เพราะว่าเราไปทำมันให้เร็ว

เวลาที่ไหลตามหน้าปัดนาฬิกามีความเร็วเท่ากัน เเต่เวลาในจิตใจนั้นต่างหากที่ต่างกัน
ลองใช้ชีวิตเเบบไม่สนใจเวลา ไม่ต้องคิดต่อว่าทำอันนี้ให้เสร็จเเล้วทำอะไรต่อ ใช้เวลาช่วงนี้ดื่มด่ำให้มีค่าเหมือนตอนเด็ก ผมกลับรู้สึกว่าเวลามันช่างไหลไปอย่างช้าๆ เหลือเกิน
